What is the return/refund policy?

All orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our products.

Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or shipping date.

Pickup Orders

Please collect your order on the selected date.
Unclaimed orders are not eligible for refund.

Shipping Orders
Once shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping information
- Conditions outside our control (e.g. weather, handling in transit)

Issues with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will review and make it right where possible.

Where are your products manufactured?

We make everything in house, guided by craftsmanship and a commitment to fresh, locally inspired ingredients.

Do you have seating available?

We are a take out only shop at this time.

Do you offer coffee and drinks?

Seasonal offerings may be available, however we remain dedicated to our specialties in pastries and chocolate.

How long do your pastries and chocolates stay fresh?

Cakes and Pastries should be consumed within 1-2 days. Whereas Chocolate Bonbons at room temperature should consumed within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Chocolate Bars stored at room temperature should be consumed within 2-3 weeks

How should I store my chocolates and pastries

Cakes should be refrigerated, chocolates and other baked goods are best enjoyed at room temperature
